What can I see without paying?
Everything public: every category and country page, company profiles, Trust Scores and basic search. Contact details, minimum orders and trading terms of non-Premium suppliers, advanced filters and full results are part of Buyer Pro.
What is the difference between Buyer Pro and Sourcing Sprint?
Both include all features. Sourcing Sprint has much higher AI allowances and a guided plan for when you are actively choosing a supplier. Both renew monthly until you switch or cancel, so you can move to Buyer Pro once you have found your supplier.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account with a couple of clicks. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and are not charged again.
Do you guarantee a supplier?
No. We show which signals we could confirm, but we are not a party to your deal. Always do your own checks before paying a supplier. Our guide on spotting fake suppliers explains how.
My company is already listed. Do I have to pay?
Listings we research ourselves stay free as basic entries, and you can request a correction or removal at any time. A paid listing adds direct inquiries, public contact details, priority placement, analytics and a verified badge.
How does VAT work?
Prices exclude VAT. EU customers pay VAT at their country's rate, added at checkout. EU businesses outside the Czech Republic with a valid VAT number pay no VAT under the reverse charge. No VAT is added outside the EU. Invoices are available to download in your account.
